Adam Collins, CIC, CIRMS is Assistant Vice President of Ian H. Graham Insurance (IHG), a Managing General Underwriter specializing in insurance products for community associations. IHG’s D&O insurance program is endorsed by the Community Association Institute (CAI). Mr. Collins has over 18 years of experience in the Insurance Industry, and has his Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Community Insurance Risk Management Specialist (CIRMS) designations. Mr. Collins previously managed the IHG underwriting unit prior to moving to his current position of new business development through agent and broker relationships. In his free time, Mr. Collins enjoys spending time at the river with his family and golfing.

George Blaufuss III, Regional Field Relations Manager for National Flood Services, has been employed with National Flood Services since August of 2008. His territory encompasses the Western United States. George works with our Client Companies and their field representatives conducting flood training at the insurance agency level.
He began his affiliation with the insurance industry in 1985 with a national company as an account representative and continued in that arena until 2006. He taught various continuing education classes for six years touching on many topics related to that industry. He most recently worked with the NFIP where he conducted flood education classes and flood related workshops to insurance agents, lenders, real estate professionals and local and state governments.
George is one of NFS’s certified continuing education instructors. George is a native son of a native son of Napa CA. and is a graduate of the University of the Pacific in Stockton CA., 1975. He has served on the IBA Committees for many years and is the only winner of the IBA Associate of the Year award two times. George resides in Napa, CA.
